Q: How do I submit my application?
Applications can be e-mailed to submissions@sokilsfoundation.com. Please include your name, location of employment, and relevant information for your submission. If you are applying for the Rob Sokil scholarship, please include your school and area of study.

Q: How are the winner chosen?
The Sokil Foundation judging panel consists of 6 individuals from the organization and one rotating General Manager guest judge. The panel chooses their top 3 applications based on 3 criteria. Creativity, impact, and presentation of the why. Each submission is given a score based on how many first, second, or third place picks it receives. The submission with the highest score is chosen as the winner.

Q: When will the winners be chosen?

Q: How will I know if I won?
Winners will be contacted by e-mail.
​
Q: How will winner's money be deposited?
Money will be sent by Electronic Fund Transfer within one week of being notified.
 
Q: What format does my application need to be in?
You can choose any medium or format you'd like! Video, essay, picture collage, even interpretive dance if that suits your soul. Creativity is a factor used in the judging process.

Q: Who is eligible to apply?
Any Team Member who is currently employed within Red Tractor Hospitality group may apply. For the Sokil Scholarship, students must be enrolled for part-time or full-time studies for the upcoming semester.
